Our agency’s origin dates back over 30 years to when it operated out of Sears. It was then located for several years at the corner of Long Pond Road and English Road, before moving to the Country Village Plaza on Long Pond Road and Maiden Lane in the early 2000’s. J. Chapman, Inc. formed in February 2021, when Joshua Chapman purchased the agency. With over 30+ years of industry experience within the office, you can be sure you are in good hands. We are focused on old-school values of advising clients about proper protection. The agency prides itself on ensuring that each customer gets the personalized attention and care they deserve. It is important that we provide appropriate recommendations as we are a local agency and want to be sure you are properly protected even in life’s most unexpected moments. Every client is treated and advised like family because to us — you are family.

Meet The Team

  • Joshua Chapman

    AGENCY OWNER

    Joshua is a proud Western New York native. He graduated from Alfred University with a degree in business administration in 2003 and has since spent the last 19 years working in the insurance industry. When not at the office, you can find Josh, his wife and their two sons at the mountain skiing, gardening or helping his neighbors. On the weekends during the summer, you can find him on the Finger Lakes boating or riding ATV’s!

    He specializes in Auto, Home, Life, Financial and Business insurance.

  • RaeAnn Aldridge

    SERVICE SPECIALIST

    Born and raised in Northern NY, she learned very quickly how much relationships and integrity mean to people. She has over 8 years of experience working for Allstate and joined our team on opening day. In her free time you are likely to find her bowling or catching a movie! She enjoys fishing and most week nights you can find her on the canal or lake during fishing season with her husband and children.

    RaeAnn believes that every customer deserves the attention and care that she would want to receive as a policyholder.

  • Nathan Matroniano

    SENIOR INSURANCE ADVISOR

    Nathan is an experienced Senior Insurance Advisor with over 10 years of insurance experience. He is driven by his family to make every day the best that he can. He prides himself on giving the highest level of customer service to clients, old and new. When he isn’t working, you will likely see him riding around on his motorcycle or camping with his family.
